On stage at the Lexicon booth was the all-new Lambda desktop recording solution! This system includes just about everything you’d need for professional, portable recordings – just add your laptop and some mics. The Lambda Studio USB I/O system includes Steinberg’s Cubase LE for Mac or PC as well as Lexicon’s own Pantheon reverb VST plug-in.
This bus-powered I/O box features two XLR mic inputs designed by dbx with TRS inserts and switchable phantom power. Rounding it out is MIDI I/O, two TRS inputs, two TRS outputs, a front panel headphone jack and plenty of knobs on the front for controlling your mix. The Lambda is rumored to come in a very nice price as well – but more on that as the Lambda begins to ship.
