Liquid Channel’s preamp consists of a brand new multi-tapped Liquid transformer, combining electronic and transformer-based signal paths with a matrix that selects appropriate values of resistance and capacitance depending on the model. In order to accurately recreate every nuance of all the mic preamps and compressors (including non-linear vintage characteristics), a unique set of measured impulse responses is applied to each sample using convolution technology. USB support ensures that future mic preamps and compressors can be downloaded. You also get 192 kHz I/O and a digital EQ based on the ISA110 channel strip.
