Just in at Sweetwater: two super-powerful Command Stations guaranteed to turn the world of dance music on its head. The XL-7 and MP-7 Groove Command Stations are groove/dance machines of such immense power that we might make you sign a waiver promising that you’ll use them responsibly (no, not really). The XL-7 contains some of the greatest dance, and electronica sounds on the planet. Essentially, the XL-7 combines the incredibly powerful synth engine of E-MU’s Proteus 2000, adds all the sounds of their XL-1 dance modules, and then combines it with a new grooving multi-track sequencer. The MP-7 puts the emphasis on delivering fresh sounds for hip-hop, R&B, and other groove-based music. It has the same dino-sized Proteus sound engine and kicking multitrack sequencer, but for sounds you get the booty-shakin’ tones of the infamous Mo’Phatt. Both these modules put all these sounds and grooves in a desktop-sized under your immediate command.
Sweetwater has drastically lowered the price of Roland’s VM series digital mixers. The prices are so low we can’t tell you what they are in any public forum. If you are interested in getting an awesome deal on an excellent digital mixer call your Sweetwater Sales Engineer and he or she will set you up. For a limited time we are also offering unbelievable pricing on the VS8F2 processing cards when purchased with a digital mixer.
