Eventide has just announced a brand new RTAS plug-in that provides real-time control of its award-winning Eventide H8000 series, H7600, and Eclipse multi-effects processors. Dubbed E-Control, the plug-in provides multiple parameter control automation, as well as program change capability, which is saved with each session for easy recall from within Pro Tools. The E-Control plug-in for Pro Tools will be available in January for $199. E-Control will be available at no charge for users that purchased H8000FW, H7600, or Eclipse hardware processors between September 1st, 2007, and February 29, 2008.
