MOTU has announced that version 7.2 of Digital Performer is now available as a free download for registered users. One of the big changes is the addition of user-selectable “themes” that each change the user interface to a completely different look. Four shades of the “traditional” DP look are also provided. If you’re a Photoshop wiz, you can even create your own visual “theme” for the user interface, without concern over a “hack” causing a malfunction in the program.
In addition, v7.2 has fine-tunable waveform and level meter displays, right-click menu access, and live searching in list windows.
