Another name for 6-in-line guitar headstocks, this type of guitar headstock puts all the tuning keys on one side of the guitar — normally the side that would be on top when a guitar is held in playing position (meaning on the right side for right-handed guitars, and the left side for left-handed guitars). These headstocks are most common on electric guitars.
