Here at the show, Auralex has an incredibly cool looking design set up. Also, while it looks as though Charcoal will be first, we got to see these and other patterns in several colors for future releases. For now, ShockWave will ship in a chox that equals 48 square feet (96 pieces in a box).
Foam thicknesses from 1″ to 4″ are built into each pattern providing varying degrees of absorption at varying frequencies. Greater thicknesses can be achieved with alternative layouts. And, because the design allows a unique means of blending absorption, diffusion and reflection, your room will look, well, like your room and not a hundred other rooms out there!
