For years, Monster Power has been foundation in my home A/V system. I'm happy that Sweetwater stocks this 8 outlet. It came super well packaged up and actually arrived 4 days sooner than expected.

PROS: For just $, indispensable for my rig, providing more than just extra outlets. Surge protection gives me piece of mind and line conditioning ensures clean recordings. Tough metal housing adds durability, and the 15ft cord with a built-in wrap is perfect for gigs on the go. The dedicated USB ports are a handy feature and frees up an outlet that would have been taken up by a charger block plug.

CONS: Wish it had USB C ports.

Got the Monster Pro MI 8 Outlet power surge protector for computer and KeyLab 61 Controller, headphone pre-amp, Denon CD, Denon Integrated Amplifier, Epson printer and AT USB turntable. It has 2 5v 2.1 USB ports, right angle plug, 15 foot braided cord (I needed the length and the braiding). It has a metal housing, clean power, fire proof, LED power switch (I want to see it not search for it) and heavy guage wiring. By the way, it works great and I have all but one slot taken up. It's compact too. Sweetwater got it to me fast and in great shape.

The Monster power strip w/it's 15' cable and USB charging ports just works right for me. My sales tech, Chris Goldbach, doesn't steer me wrong, thanks Chris!

Nice arrangement of outlets and long cord

Works very well. Highly recommend and works well with Cioks DC-7 pedal power supply. All noise goes away with combo for me
