I had cables running in and out of my rack unit, both through and empty rack space on the front and out of the back. I purchased this, the 1/4" module and the PPP-000 rack mount, and it has made my setup so clean. For this module, I now can run my guitar direct out box through this, into the front of my in ear transmitter, and back out from the back of the transmitter, through this module again to go out to the PA. No messy loop of cables hanging out from an empty rack space! Love it!

Perfect for what I needed. I even reversed one of the connections inside the housing. No trouble. Each of the three connections are independantly wired inside.

What's great about this item is you add a combination of XLR or TSR pieces and the pace plate and use it as a 19" rack mount. I would have given it a 5, but #2 release click doesn't release automatic. All in all it still works great.

Does what it says, 3 xlr I/O straight through. I had one freestanding for a while and then bought a second along with the rack panel for them. Well built, very satisfyingly solid feel to the XLR connections. These modular units are a step above in professional build quality for Hosa.
