Reviews

It's a patch bay
Good patch bay well built.
useful in ways you never expected.
While this is marketed as a "mic" input patch bay. This is in reality an XLR pass though patch bay. The XLR connections are just pass through and the underside of this unit is uncovered meaning you can access the the wires.
For my I needed an easy connection terminal for outputs. I did this by unscrewing the terminal connections and literally reversing them. It took about 10 minutes no soldering needed just reversed the connections. This made it very easy to access output panel in my x32 rack rig. I have outputs 1-6 of the x 32 on this and all 6 outputs of the drive rack pa 2 set up and the last 6 outputs. making the main outputs super easy to get to. I just slapped a label on the outputs and even an armature could connect this up. this was exactly what I've been looking for for a long time. its clean easy doesn't add anything to the signal. its perfect.
Music background: DJ, producer, live sound engeneer
Does what it is supposed to do
When I purchased two additional preamps for my studio I knew I needed a patch bay to connect everything together quickly and conveniently. If you've ever been in a professional studio with a console or multiple outboard gear you know how important a patch bay is. Setup is simple as long as you make sure you get all the appropriate cables.
Just what I was looking for!
As all other reviews have stated - this is perfect for my set-up. I don't have to go searching behind the rack to connect cables. It is very easy to do everything from the front. I did reverse 4 of the inputs to meet my needs, but that easy super easy to do and it works out great.
Does what it is designed to do
Works as intended. Configuration is easily switchable. Price was right as well.
