Love these
I have at least 6 of these now plus a butt load of Blue Chips. I don't notice any big differences between them. I grab the closest one.

Music background: Yes, I listen to music

my wife (picked) this up for me for fathers day
great pick amazing tone (so far i have my blue chips back in there box and I do like em
well see) great volume and tone grip is great as well love the bevels and shape of the pick
sounds great with my D35

great product
Ok
I've bought 3 of these since they came out... never thought I'd spend $60 on 3 picks but here I am. I play rhythm for the most part and get a significant amount of wear on these picks--I get about 2-3 more weeks of use out of these compared to other 1.0mm picks.

They do sound great. It gives a great loud, warm tone to the attack on the strings and really brings out the bottom end of my Martin. I would just sparingly use them for performance only and not practice as they're expensive. As they wear you get less bite on the attack and it gets warmer/duller. If that's what you're going for then the bevels do a really good job of wearing to your play.

overall, use sparingly, or don't and get the sound you want by adjusting your pick position and wear.

This would make a great gift!
Just ok.
Considering the other options near this price point I expected a bit more. Pick feels a bit slow off the strings and is noisy compared to other high end picks. Maybe some extra hand polishing would help to take care of that?

Bottom line: I'd suggest saving your money and going with the better sounding Dunlop Prime Tone, or spending a bit more and treating yourself to a Blue Chip.

On the plus side, I think the shape and bevel is great (an obvious copy of the Blue Chip TP 1R)
