Compatible with Scorpio and 8-series mixers
The CL-16 control surface provides seamless integration with Sound Devices’ Scorpio and 8-series digital mixers via USB connection. Simply plug the CL-16 into your Scorpio or 8-series device, boot it up, and it’s ready to go without any additional configuration. Once connected, the CL-16 can control all Scorpio and 8-series mixer functions, including channels, buses, outputs, metadata menus, and communication, with corresponding information displayed on its easy-to-read LCD display. And, if for some reason, you need to disconnect the CL-16 from your mixer in the middle of a session, no problem. You can do so without damaging the unit, and your levels will remain static until you manually transfer controls back to your mixer.
Note: The Sound Devices CL-16 is currently compatible with the Sound Devices Scorpio and Sound Devices 888. Support for the 833 is forthcoming. For questions, please contact your Sweetwater Sales Engineer.
