Factory fitted with two 8C-AD modules
This ADA-8XR has each of its two digital I/O slots factory fitted with the Prism Sound 8C-AD analog line input module. Each 8C-AD card furnishes eight electronically balanced analog input channels to the ADA-8XR via eight female XLR connectors. To preclude the A/D converter from reaching full scale, even when the input level significantly exceeds the selected input range, Prism Sound’s proprietary Overkiller progressive limiter is available on each channel. Input line-up level and fine trim controls for each channel are accessible via the ADA-8XR Menu System.
