Described as a "4-band rotating modulation effect," Spinn equips you with four frequency bands, each sporting a rotor with individual controls for speed, acceleration/deceleration times, size, modulation, and more. Turn to the velocity control, and the rotor's speed will adjust based on the band's input level.
