Control Drum Levels in Your Mix
Think of Zynaptiq UNMIX::DRUMS as your ex post facto fader for drums. Perhaps you have a completed mix that you've checked on multiple playback systems. It's almost perfect, except the drums need to come up a tad. Reach for UNMIX::DRUMS. It lets you change the level of your drums relative to everything else in your mix, in real time. Whether you're boosting or attenuating the kit, simply tweak the Drum Level and Threshold controls, and you're done. UNMIX::DRUMS also works great on your drum bus and features a Bass Synth that injects your drums with clean, punchy low-frequency energy.

Shape your drum impact
As if it wasn't enough that UNMIX::DRUMS lets you change drum levels within a mix, there's seemingly no end to this amazing plug-in's versatility. Strap it across your drum bus. Tweaking Drum Level frequency dependently (using Zynaptiq's cool breakpoint editor in Curves view) allows you to sculpt the punch and impact of your drums like you wouldn't believe. This is all without going near a compressor or transient processor, mind you, and remember that this works even if the drums in question are inside a full mix. Zynaptiq calls this "impact equalization." At Sweetwater, we call it awesome.
Smooth and punchy
UNMIX::DRUMS gives you two boost modes: Smooth and Punchy. Smooth mode delivers an organic, dry-ish sound for medium-boost scenarios and is also ideal for drum-extraction pre-processing situations. Punchy mode serves up a tight, snappy sound that makes the drums pop. Both modes let you boost the drum reverb; Smooth places emphasis on early reflections, and Punchy on longer reverb tails.
Onboard bass synth
OK, here's where Zynaptiq UNMIX::DRUMS gets really interesting: onboard is the world's first sample-accurate sub-bass (re)synthesizer. Hike the Bass Synth slider to taste, and you're adding clean, punchy low-frequency energy to your drums, within a mix or not. No false triggers, phase issues, or level volatility. From extending the low frequency range on a jazz mix to creating woofer-destroying club beats, UNMIX::DRUMS Bass Synth delivers.
