Very Nice shelf that goes with the cart. This has made set up amazing. It is fast and easy. Love it all my equipment fits perfect. No more looking for a perfect size table at events. Set up is quick and easy.

Be careful! These are functional shelves, but with critical construction issues.

The mounting bolts (14 in all) are exposed on the underside. The edges are sharp enough
to scratch, puncture or tear other items they are packed with. (They punctured
my hard plastic table top.)

The bolts and nuts are also loose and cannot be tightened down, because the bolt heads
are internal...a sad oversite. I tried different nuts and I put rubber bumpers on them, but
they didn't stay put...I've spent a lot of time trouble-shooting this and still not satisfied...I'm
not a carpenter...guys at Ace Hardware tried to help me, but no use....

I also had to replace the side wingnuts that hold the shelves to the cart handles.
The wings are too large and did not easily clear the shelf when turned, very awkward and
time-consuming. Unfortunately, I have not found replacements that are a snug fit, so
the shelves don't sit very steady now.

When I talked to the manufacturer, they couldn't suggest any solutions, so they
sent me another set of identical shelves (with the same issues.) It was nice that they made
that effort, but they really need to fix the mounting problems on this product!

5 stars for a great idea. 0 stars for selling it before it was engineered correctly. The mounting bolts are all loose and can't be tightened because the heads are covered. Half of the problem is the lack of access to the bolt heads. The other half of the problem is the bolts' threads sticking out, gouging other equipment, even cutting and ripping soft vinyl.

My suggestion for an immediate solution is to use "T-nuts" and bolts instead of bolts and nuts. "T-nuts" will embed into the wood top and hold firmly. The exposed bolt head will not cut and gouge as exposed threads on the end of the bolts do now.

The mounting bolts and wingnuts are unbelievable. Yes that is right, I could not believe that this manufacturer would produce a product that the customer has to re-engineer in order that the product is convenient. Just as it was said before, these wing nuts are in such a position, that you can't tighten them. But if I change them to hex nuts, then I have to carry tools to tighten the nuts. Again, the manufacturer gets a ZERO star for shipping this product before all considerations of how it would be used by the customer were addressed.

typical RnR low quality. lots of little sharp edges or points to file off. carpet wasnt glued or stapled on bottom side very well and already peeling off, I can fix that.

the design is just so bad. the bolt onto the handles thing is horrible for quick setup and break down. it should just slip on top of cart andles and at most use snap pins to be secure instead of bolts with wing nuts. its a two person job to hold it and put the bolts in. I'm going to mod this and the cart for easy on / easy off. I only bought it because I need it for a job and didnt' have time for making a better setup. RnR really needs to fix the design.
