eKit Designed Specifically for the Stage
The EFNOTE Pro 703X is built for the stage where every channel matters, the lighting is dark, and the drummer is the heart of the show. Driven by the EFD-Pro sound module's 12-channel XLR output architecture, the Pro 703X and its accompanying stage box are ready to handle any venue, delivering a fully processed, console-ready signal on every bus and replacing your drum mic rig outright. Structurally, birch shells, double-layered mesh heads, and the ELISE 2.0 sensing processor deliver the feel and dynamic response of a full acoustic kit across five shells and seven cymbals, including the world’s first 17-inch effects cymbal with STAK mount for stacking the included 8-inch splash or suspending it independently. You'll also receive 23 preset kits captured from real acoustic drum sets, covering everything from vintage to modern, and the V2.0 platform opens the module to your own custom sounds. No mics, no bleed, no sound variance from venue to venue — just the same great drum sound, every night.

No drum mic rigs necessary
The EFNOTE Pro's 12-channel XLR output stage box is the feature that changes the conversation with your front-of-house engineer. Where an acoustic kit requires a full mic rig, the Pro 703X is complete with 12 balanced XLR outputs already assigned, leveled, and EQed. Each bus carries an HPF and a 2-band shelf EQ, and buses 1–6 add dedicated compression with attack times as low as 0ms. These mean that each signal is isolated, consistent, and identical, with no bleed or feedback. Additionally, the EFNOTE Tools app lets your engineer adjust the output sends remotely without touching your monitor mix. Furthermore, if the console you're working with has fewer than 12 inputs available, the built-in Bus Mixer can pre-mix your EFNOTE Pro kit down to as few as 2 channels to accommodate.
Introducing the STAK cymbal system
Drummers have been stacking cymbals on acoustic kits for years to create unique, trashy sounds that cut through a mix, and the EFNOTE Pro brings that technique to electronic drums for the first time with their patented STAK cymbal system. The foundation of the system is the 17-inch FX cymbal. This dark gray, hammered-texture effects cymbal sports eight equidistant holes, has a light touch response, moves like a real cymbal, and boasts 360-degree sensing across the full playing surface. The included 8-inch splash stacks directly atop the effects cymbal using the STAK mount, and you now have four distinct zones in a single rig. If you prefer a cleaner look, the STAK mount also supports a fully suspended cymbal configuration, keeping your wiring organized and your stage setup tidy. Innovative and groundbreaking, the STAK cymbal system is exactly the thing Sweetwater drummers have come to admire about EFNOTE's dedication to eKit engineering.
The EFD-PRO module
The EFD-PRO sound module packs 23 named preset kits captured from real acoustic drum sets, covering everything from warm, vintage drum tones to arena-filling rock, and 100 user slots give you room to build your own. Every kit is fully editable at the pad level, with Tuning, Muffling, Pan, and a 2-band shelving EQ for each individual pad. A touch display keeps everything accessible without menu-diving. When it's time to record, a single USB connection delivers 12-channel audio output at 48kHz/24-bit, 2-channel input, and MIDI simultaneously, so every pad is on its own track, straight into your DAW, with no audio interface required. The EFD-Pro also includes a 5-pin DIN MIDI output for connection to synths and other external gear. Bluetooth handles wireless audio streaming for play-along and wireless MIDI for connecting to apps and DAWs cable-free. Dual 1/4-inch TS line outputs round out the connectivity, letting you connect directly to a mixer or PA system. For live performance, the onboard Set-list feature lets you pre-configure kit order and per-song tempos before you even arrive at the gig. EFNOTE thought of every situation a gigging drummer might encounter, and the Pro 703X tackles them head-on.
