About PRS Guitars

The brainchild of founder Paul Reed Smith, PRS Guitars has become one of the most revered guitar, amp, and pedal manufacturers since its inception in 1985. Their electric guitars are coveted for their high-quality builds and impeccable tone, and legends such as Carlos Santana, John Mayer, and many others tour the world with PRS electric guitars. Their superior craftsmanship doesn’t stop with electric guitars, though, as their pedals and amps are also some of the best around. Check them out!

PRS Electric Guitars

PRS has an array of electric guitars ranging from affordable models to one-of-a-kind Private Stock masterpieces. They feature familiar body shapes, such as S-style, LP-style, offset, and others, but that is where the familiarity ends as PRS uses exotic tonewoods and premium pickups. If you’re looking to get your hands on a PRS electric guitar, then check out the Custom 24 series, McCarty 594 series, and CE 24 series.

PRS Acoustic Guitars

There’s no hiding a flaw when it comes to acoustic guitars, and you won’t find one with PRS’s line of acoustic and acoustic-electric guitars. PRS’s acoustic guitars represent their high quality and unmatched craftsmanship to a T. They offer an array of body shapes, including parlor and single cutaway, that feature some of the best tonewoods you can find. Check them out!

PRS Guitar Amps

Want to rock out and be the best-sounding guitarist onstage? PRS has you covered! Look no further than PRS’s line of guitar amp cabinets, amp heads, and combo amps that are versatile and sound incredible. PRS has some of the best series of amps you can find, including the PRS HDRX, PRS Archon, PRS Tremonti, and PRS DG 30.

PRS Pedals and Effects

In 2022, PRS dove headfirst into the guitar pedal world and came out with their first line of pedals and effects. They did not hold back on releasing their first set of pedals, including the Mary Cries optical compressor, Horsemeat transparent overdrive, and the Wind Through the Trees dual analog flanger.
