With the String Central virtual instrument plug-in, Nightfox Audio wants you to hear and feel real instruments — and synthesizers — in your mix. The sampling process utilizes top-tier recording equipment, professional session musicians, and encompasses the entire length of the neck, fret by fret, at three to five different velocities, so you can take the power of a professional recording studio wherever you can use String Central. All 13 of these textures can be used as individual instruments or blended to layer perfectly into your tracks. While there are global Pitch and Pan controls for the entire plug-in, each instrument has five effects available (Pan, Width, Input Delay, EQ, and Compression) and a customizable filter with 10 filter types to carve out the string tones you need.
