Pump Up Your Klipsch Sub!
Designed specifically for passive subwoofers, the Klipsch RSA-500 outputs 300 watts into an 8-ohm load or 500 watts into a 4-ohm load. The RSA-500’s EQ switch tailors it to different subwoofers; this power amplifier was primarily intended for use with Klipsch’s RW-5802 and RW-5101-C in-wall models, and it also includes custom settings for their AW-800-SW outdoor model. The RSA-500 boasts front-panel Lowpass Crossover and Volume knobs, and you get line- and speaker-level inputs. Moreover, you get a selectable signal-sensing or voltage-triggered auto on/off circuit. Here at Sweetwater, we’ve found that the RSA-500’s included rack ears make installation a straightforward affair, and its handsome design looks amazing anywhere. The RSA-500 offers a tailor-made solution for ensuring that your subs thump!
