Perfect for the gigging drummer
If you're a working drummer you are probably tired of paying the prices the bigger, more popular stick companies are charging these days. You know the ones I'm talking about. Give these a try. At roughly half the price the big boys are charging, these are a great deal. They work. And if you go through lots of sticks you'll appreciate the price point.

Lighter and Shorter
I have sticks of different weights and sizes. I use heavier sticks for my practice pads and marching snare. For my set, I like to use the lighter 7As. They help me to increase my speed while sparing my drum heads. I've always used ProMark but at this price point, I decided to give LA Special a try.

These sticks are a little shorter than other 7As -they also feel lighter. They've held up well for how I use them. If you're the type of drummer that uses one pair for everything, not sure I would recommend these. But for specific applications where lighter sticks are appreciated, these work very well.
