Next-gen Apogee Interface Meets Powerful DSP-enabled Networking

Since 1985, Apogee has been developing some of the finest pro audio technology, including the famous X-series and Rosetta series converters, the Big Ben master clock, Trak2 mic preamps, Symphony PCI protocol, and Symphony I/O. Now, they put all that experience into their state-of-the-art next-generation multichannel audio interface. Symphony I/O Mk II boasts Apogee's latest flagship AD/DA conversion, as well as ultra-flexible modular I/O that offers up to 32 inputs and outputs and a fast, user-friendly touchscreen display. It also offers the closest thing you'll find to a plug-and-play Dolby Atmos monitoring system. If your audio production requirements put you on technology's cutting edge, you'll want to equip your studio with Apogee's Symphony I/O Mk II.

Harness the sonic potential of SoundGrid

The Symphony I/O Mk II SoundGrid melds Apogee's legendary sound quality with powerful DSP-enabled networking. It allows you to connect your computer, shared between multiple rooms, and multiple computers via a simple Ethernet connection. You can then supercharge your system with near-infinite real-time DSP power, thanks to Waves SoundGrid servers. The Symphony I/O Mk II SoundGrid integrates with nearly any DAW, making it a great solution for studios, post-production facilities, or live sound rigs alike.

A system that fits your present and future needs

Available in several different configurations, Symphony I/O has you covered whether you're running a home studio, a project studio, a scoring stage, or a world-class commercial facility. Apogee offers four basic I/O schemes: 2 x 6, 8 x 8, 16 x 16, or 8 x 8 plus eight mic preamps. And it's easy to expand your setup as your needs grow. Featuring two module slots, your Symphony I/O Mk II system can accommodate up to 32 inputs and outputs of A/D and D/A conversion per unit. At Sweetwater, we're very impressed with the Symphony I/O Mk II. Cutting-edge performance, flexibility, and amazing value — the Symphony I/O Mk II provides exactly what we expect from Apogee.

Tailor-made for immersive audio

Thanks to an industry-wide push from streaming services and record labels, Dolby Atmos and other immersive audio formats are becoming the new standard. Luckily, Apogee Symphony I/O Mk II makes configuring and operating your immersive audio monitoring system easy and painless. Inside Apogee's Control Software, you'll find intuitive options for optimizing your immersive audio workflow. For starters, it makes routing input and output sources and destinations a breeze. You can create up to three Speaker Sets, then instantly toggle between them. Speaker level trim controls make balancing between all your speakers easy, and color-coded icons let you see your active speakers at a glance. Most importantly, Apogee's Control Software allows you to completely reconfigure your monitoring system instantly — toggling between stereo, 5.1, Binaural, and Dolby Atmos is as effortless as touching a button. As a result, whether you're working in stereo, Dolby Atmos, Sony 360 Reality Audio, Ambisonics, or any other format, your Apogee Symphony I/O Mk II will provide you with a fast, seamless workflow.
