The Latvian synthesists and engineers at Erica Synths continue their ongoing collaboration with Sonic Potions by bringing the magic of their acclaimed LXR-series digital drum machines to the world of Eurorack. The resulting LXR Drum is a 28HP Eurorack module with six distinctive drum voices, three powerful synth bass voices, and a host of deep control parameters at 30 per voice. Each of the trigger inputs feature complementary accents, with five assignable CV inputs allowing for endless interoperative Eurorack use. Moreover, the module features an incredibly powerful engine for sound design, including an FX insert, onboard kit memory, and four assignable outputs to tailor the LXR to your setup. With the number of possibilities to be explored, Sweetwater’s Eurorack synthesists are thankful for the SD card compatibility to expand your arsenal of stored sounds.
