The Heritage Audio OST-6 v2.0 is a 6-slot, rackmountable 500 Series enclosure. This chassis accommodates 500 Series modules of all shapes and sizes, including double-wide modules and power-starved Class A and vacuum-tube-fueled designs. The OST-6 v2.0 boasts Heritage Audio’s On Slot Technology, which individually regulates, filters, and protects each channel for maximum performance, low noise, and steadfast reliability. This enclosure delivers up to 400mA per slot, or a total of 1.8A per rail, with up to 140mA of phantom power. You can also link each channel to the next with a push of a button — no patch cables required. The OST-6 v2.0 features a heavy-gauge steel housing with a durable finish and a convenient metal handle for easy transport.

Features Heritage Audio’s On Slot Technology
The OST-6 v2.0 includes Heritage Audio’s On Slot Technology, which facilitates maximum protection, filtering, and isolation for each channel. Each of this 500 Series enclosure’s six slots boasts its own independent power supply, which is individually regulated and isolated. Thanks to this revolutionary design, every 500 Series module installed in the OST-6 v2.0 will deliver peak performance. Beyond that, power-hungry — and even faulty — modules won’t compromise the performance of the rest. Here at Sweetwater, we’ve found that many of our 500 Series modules exhibit lower self-noise with the OST-6 v2.0, especially microphone preamps.
