I am unable to install tonewheel set. The error message reads: ERROR OPENING FILEtonewheelset_readme.html1008:6,-43 file not found

I’m using ProTools 6.x on OSX and when I call up the B4 as a multi-channel RTAS plugin, It doesn’t produce any sound. Why?

After importing audio into a ProTools session, MIDI tracks assigned to B4 or Kontakt will play either early or late (random). The MIDI Data is visually correct when looking at the graphic editor, but will play late (or sometimes early).If I close and re-open the session file, the problem goes away.

I have a new PC and audio card (Gina), and I’m getting stuck notes and the graphic keyboards, drum cells, etc. aren’t “playing” or “lighting up”. These are the latest versions of B4, Kontact, Battery, & Pro 53. If I use them as VST instruments in V-Stack, all works well.

I use Tascam US-I22 as midi/audio interface to PowerMac G5 and notes in the B4 get stuck frequently.

When I select the B4 in the usual instrument channel it appears, but creates a terrible distorted droning sound. Visually the plug in is fine, and responds to midi input; sonically there is no reponse to midi. If I select a different audio instrument, or arrange track, the noise disappears, but as soon as I re-select it, it comes back. As it stands, the instrument is unusable – I’d like your advice as to how to solve this problem.

I’m having an issue with latency with the B-4. It works fine for a while while i’m recording in pro tools, but then if i use the volume pedal while playing, then the latency starts. also, when i change songs the latency is literally 45 seconds to a minute long. i’m sure i just have something set wrong. can you help?

Since installing the OS X 1.1.3 update of the B4 Organ, I cannot recall my older presets stored in Logic 5.x or Logic 6.x on OS X. I can create new presets and it will recall them, but I can’t retreive my older ones, of which I have many.

I have just purchased the B4 upgrade for OS X including the additional tonewheels. I can’t get the tonewheels to authorize. They keep giving an error message each time i try.
