I’m having an issue with latency with the B-4. It works fine for a while while i’m recording in pro tools, but then if i use the volume pedal while playing, then the latency starts. also, when i change songs the latency is literally 45 seconds to a minute long. i’m sure i just have something set wrong. can you help?

Probably there is a MIDI overload occuring on your Mac. This overload is caused by a false setting in the Pro Tools menu MIDI->MIDI input devices

You should not check the IAC bus as input interface there. If you have enabled the IAC, this will cause a MIDI loop as soon as you send MIDI on the IAC bus channel 2-16.

Further to avoid MIDI loops you can also make sure that in B4 MIDI settings window only the IAC bus is selected as input device and that there is no MIDI output selected and that MIDI through is not selected.
