XHUN Audio Software Activation Instructions
Getting Started
In this guide, we will show you how to activate and access your XHUN Audio software. To continue, follow each of the sections below.
XHUN Audio Account
XHUN Audio software requires a XHUN Audio account. If you already have a XHUN Audio account and wish to register your new software to that account, please verify the username and login before proceeding. Most users will only have one account, but in some cases, you may wish to create another account to distinguish different locations, users, etc…
IMPORTANT!
Do not create multiple XHUN Audio accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account login.
Log in to current XHUN Audio account
- Go to the User Area page and log in.
- Verify your current products are registered to the current account.
Create new XHUN Audio account
- Continue to Coupon Code to register a coupon code and create a new XHUN Audio account.
Coupon Code
Sweetwater has emailed you the Coupon Code to activate your software. Open the email, find the Coupon Code, and follow the steps below to register.
IMPORTANT!
XHUN Audio accounts are created after registering a Coupon Code to your email address. Your user account’s password is provided upon registration and cannot be customized. Message contact@xhun-audio.com to reset your password and regain access to your account.
Register Coupon Code
- Go to the Coupon Authentication page.
- Enter your Coupon Code.
- Enter and confirm your email address to create an XHUN Audio account.
- Click the arrow button to continue.
- On the next page, scroll down and write down your User ID and Password.
- The Coupon Code is now registered to your email, and your new XHUN user account has been created.
Download and Install
XHUN Audio software is downloaded from the User Area page.
- Go to the User Area page and log in.
- Click your product’s download button compatible with your computer.
- Open your Downloads folder and follow the installation instructions to install your software and authorize the product’s Keyfile.

If you do not, interest will be charged on the promo balance from the purchase date. The required minimum monthly payments may or may not pay off the promo balance before the end of the promo period, depending on purchase amount, promo length and payment allocation. Regular account terms apply to non-promo purchases and, after promo period ends, to the promo balance. New Accounts as of 07/31/2025: Purchase APR is 34.99%. Penalty APR is 39.99%. The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
