Why am I getting a “Phat12UPdater” error message when I try to update the firmware on my DeepMind 12?

This error message seems to occur when the Global settings are not at the default. Try restoring the Global Settings using the instructions below.
- Power off the DeepMind 12.
- Press and hold the PROG and WRITE buttons while powering the DeepMind 12 on.
- Use the BANK/ DOWN button to scroll down to “Reset Globals” and press +/YES. “COMPLETE” will appear on the screen after the reset has finished.
Turn the DeepMind 12 off and back on before attempting the firmware update again. Click here to view the instruction for updating the DeepMind 12.
