What are some rules for good studio synchronization?

Here are the 6 rules which should be followed when clocking a digital studio:
1) Use a designated low-jitter master clock, such as the AardSync II.
2) Connect all gear directly to the master clock. Each device should get an individual clock feed from the AardSync II.
3) Do not daisy chain clock between devices. This will add significant jitter, which degrades audio quality and eventually leads to audible “clicks and pops”.
4) Do not tee-off. Improper termination caused by “teeing off” may cause reflections in the cable and lead to significant increases in jitter.
5) When using video, it must be the clock master.
6) Follow the Cable Length guidelines:
* Word clock: 75 ohms, < 15 feet
* 256 Superclock: 75 ohms, < 2 feet
* AES/EBU: 110 ohms, < 300 feet.I need to clock at 96kHz sample rate.
