What are the minimum Mac OS system requirements for the MOTU Ethno Instrument?
MOTU recommends a G4/800MHz or faster. Dual processor machines are highly recommended.
A minimum of 512MB of RAM is required, however 1024 MB (1 GB) or more recommended in order to load more samples and sounds.
Mac OSX version 10.3.9 is required. Mac OS 10.4 “Tiger” is recommended.
A large hard drive with plenty of free space is also necessary in order to store all the Etho Instrument Data.
