VM3100pro not interfacing with computer
There is a known issue of the VM3100pro mixer which comes with the Studiopack not operating in the ‘Pro’ mode. If it is not working in the ‘pro’ mode, it will not be able to select tracks 13-24, and it will not interface with the computer card. To check, press Effects1 button. If you see a compressor on the screen, you need to exchange the unit for a unit which has the correct firmware installed.
