I updated to ProTools HD 7.0 on Mac OSX and now my legacy I/O is blinking. It appears to show up correctly in the Hardware setup but I never actually achieve lock.
Redeclaring the Legacy I/O seems to solve this.
First start by opening the I/O setup and Deleting all the Paths for the input and output.
Now default both the input and the output.
Next Open the Hardware setup, go to the Peripherals window and change the Legacy device4s(ADAT Bridge) to “No IInterface”
Highlight the HD hardware (192 I/O) and change the Port settings back to expansion I/O.
press OK.
Now redeclare the Legacy I/O by choosing “legacy I/O” in the port settings and changing the “no Interface” to whatever Legacy interface is connected.
