Ultra2 Wide cards with the 2408
If you are using Ultra2Wide SCSI cards and MOTU’s 2408 system , MOTU recommends configuring the card so it is not set for maximum throughput. Try slowing it all the way down to 10 MB/s. Apparently when it is set for maximum speed the performance with the 2408 is actually worse on some computers.
