Yes! When using two Tango24s with a Dakota or dual-WaveCenter configuration installed in your computer, all 16 inputs and 16 outputs can be used simultaneously. With a Dakota+Montana combination, you can use four Tango24s for up to 32 simultaneous inputs and outputs.
