Are there separate amplifiers for the microphone and the guitar inputs?
Absolutely. This gives you better quality for both your mic input and your guitar input. This is different than many devices that use the same amplifier for both mic & guitar input. Aardvark has different amplifiers for the Microphone input and a custom designed E.F.R.™ circuitry for the guitar input. Our mic preamp is very quiet and will make you get the most of your microphones, so your vocals will sound clean and crisp and will be absolutely noise-free.
The exclusive E.F.R.™ Circuitry (Enhanced Frequency Response) is activated when you change the Mic/Guitar Switch to Guitar. This will be an eye-opener for many guitar players because it’s special circuitry custom made just for guitar players to make these instruments sound a bit warmer and richer.
