Is there a factory reset for the Akai MPC1000?
1. Turn the MPC1000 on while holding the [ERASE] key.
2. Release the [ERASE] key after the display shows [ MPC1000 (##MB installed)].
Now the MPC1000 is reset to the Factory Preset settings.
