TC Works Error Error 5699
Error -5699″ when I save in Spark / SparkXL v2.0
It might happen that the ERROR -5699 comes up when you save a project or an audio file in Spark v2.0 or SparkXL v2.0! We have already fixed the situation and implemented the improvements in a new version.
Simply download the update to Spark v2.02 or SparkXL v2.02 and install it on your audio system …! During the installation process, you only have to choose the correct harddrive! All the files will be automatically installed into the correct folder.
Please note that you need Spark / SparkXL v2.0 in order to install this upate!
