Can you sync Performer to Pro Tools 4.x?
Pro Tools 4.x requires OMS 2.x or later for MIDI functionality. (previous versions of FreeMIDI emulated OMS 1.x).FreeMIDI 1.31 includes an OMS Emulator which emulates OMS 2.x It’s a new version which improves compatibility with System 7.6 and 7.6.1. In addition, this version contains an update version of OMS Emulator for Pro Tools 4 inter-application synchronization (for transmitting MTC from Pro Tools 4 to Performer 5.5, for example). Please note: this version only adds sync support for Pro Tools 4; it does not add full OMS 2.x support. It is currently available from MOTU’s website:http://www.motu.com/pages/downloads.html
