How do I sync my keyboard’s sequencer or drum machine to Pro Tools?
Hook a midi output from your computer to the input of your sequencer / keyboard / rack module. In Pro Tools, go to Midi – Midi Beat Clock – Checkmark the Enable MIDI Beat Clock, and checkmark the midi output which is hooked up to your sequencer. All you need to do from this point is make sure your keyboard is set to slave to an external midi clock.
