How do I stop ProTools from erasing pevious Midi takes as I record over them? I want to keep adding to my current Midi Track, not create a new one.
If you view your transport in “extended ” view. You will see the Midi Merge symbol.It looks like a “Y” on its side. With this lit up, all incomming Midi data will be added on top of each other!
