I can send signal in to the DM24 but when I send signal out I get noise on the other end?
Per Tascam,
When using any TDIF outputs, you MUST use the word clock connection by attaching a BNC cable from the DM24 to the AUDIO source ( 2408, DA88, etc.) After that you must go and change the clock to Wordclock..
