Roland SP-404 Saving Samples and Patterns

To save backup data including sample banks and pattern banks use the following procedure;

1. Hold down CANCEL button and press one of the BANK [C/G]-[F/J] buttons.

2. Select a pad number for your current backup set.

Note-You can store up to 12 backup sets. (One for each pad)

3. Press REC button. The dot in the display will blink while processing. When saving is complete , the blinking will stop.

NOTE: Do not turn off the unit while the dot is blinking.
