Registering Digidesign hardware and software.

Unfortunately, we at Sweetwater are unable and unathorized to register you products for you. It is not a service that we offer as part of our normal Tech Support resources.** Ultimately, since you are the owner, you assume responsibility for registration, and you will need to do this yourself. You can do it a number of ways:

1. Online registration for Digidesign

Go to http://www.digidesign.com/index.cfm?body=/support/reg and click the button to “Register Your Product.” You will then be asked to enter your Registration ID, serial number, and other information. Make sure you register ALL of the appropriate products (Pro Tools software, Digidesign hardware, etc.), as there are different support and upgrade offers for each different product. You can also send an email to csadmin@digidesign.com .

2. On the phone

If you are unable to register online, you can call Digidesign Customer Service at (650) 731-6198, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Monday through Thursday (Friday 8-12 and 1-4), Pacific Standard time. Complete your registration over the phone.

3. Registration for Bundled Third-Party Software

Each bundled software application in the Ignition Pack will have a unique registration process. Follow the instructions outlined on the included cards. If you are unsuccessful, please call the respective manufacturer for each product (i.e., call Propellorheads to register Reason, call Celemony to register Melodyne, etc.).

** If you choose to have Sweetwater install your software, we still do not fully register your products. During the installation process, some bundled applications in the Ignition Pack require registration to operate properly. Those that do not remain unregistered.
