Regions are randomly missing or show up in the wrong location after closing and re-opening sessions in Pro Tools 7.3. Auto backups are also affected.
This is a known issue in Pro Tools 7.3.
This is fixed in version 7.3.1 which can be found in the Downloads section for the specific type and platform of Pro Tools software on the Support & Downloads page.
