Can I record and play back MIDI with ProTools LE and the MBox 2 Micro?
Yes, with a qualified MIDI interface.
USB MIDI interfaces work effectively with Pro Tools systems
on Windows or Mac. Serial MIDI interfaces are
supported on Windows systems only.
If you are going to use a USB MIDI interface, you’ll need to be sure that you have enough USB ports on your computer that the MBox 2 Micro can be connected directly to a dedicated USB 1.1 port on the computer.
