I want to record audio using external effects device; how should I set this up?
Follow these steps to record using an external effects device:
1. Set “OMNI OUT” in the Patch Out screen (AW4416: [SETUP] + [F2], AW2816: [PATCH] + [F2]) to AUX.
2. Connect a cable from the OMNI OUT (send) of the AW4416/AW2816 to the input of the effects device, and then connect the output of the effects device to a mixer input (return) on the AW4416/AW2816.
3. Assign the return signal from the effects device to the same bus as the original dry signal.
