I really need to figure out how in Reaktor to make a waveset and in the manual it does not describe how this is done?

This is quoted from the “Waveset.txt” file that comes with WSM1.map “This distribution of Transformator/Reaktor includes 43 WaveSets. A WaveSet is a WAV-file containing a sequence of 128 waveforms. The length of each waveform is included in the soundfile as loop length information. Each waveform has a unique distribution of harmonics and can be used as an oscillator. With the Sampler Loop module you can load a collection of WaveSets, select a specific WaveSet with the Sel (select) input and play a certain waveform by setting the LS (loop startpoint) input.” So there are 2 main steps in creating a waveset map 1. You must create a waveset file. a waveset file is simply a single audio file that contains tons of single cycle loops of different oscillator waveforms and timbres. To create this you have to manually use some type of 2-track audio editor (Wavelab, Peak, Spark XL), and merge together all the single waveforms audio clips. You must then create a loop point for each of the clips you put into the single audio file. this then creates 1 waveset. 2. After you have created a waveset (or many wavesets), you can then map them into a sample oscillator. You can then scan through the timbres of a waveset using the “loop startpoint” function in the sample oscillator.
