Problems with Digidesign M-Box and Logic
Versions 4.x, 5.0 and 5.1 are not compatible with the M-Box. Since Logic version 5.1.2 the M-Box works in Logic.
Install the DAE version that comes with the M-Box, then use Direct I/O in Logic.
Logic version 5.5 or better will work correctly.
