Positive Grid Software Activation Instructions

Enter the Redeem Code
You first need to register the Redeem Code with Positive Grid. Once done you’ll have access to all the downloads included with your software. If you already have an account with Positive Grid, make sure to log in to that same account when registering. Follow the steps below to register your Redeem Code.
Register the Redeem Code with Positive Grid
- Visit Positive Grid and and click the person icon found in the top right corner. Click Log in to log in or create a new account.
- Open the Software Activation Instructions email sent from your Sweetwater Sales Engineer and find the Redeem Code.
- Enter the Redeem Code at Positive Grid’s redemption page.
Redeeming a Positive Grid Redeem Code
Download and Install BIAS Software
Now that your software is registered it can be downloaded and then installed. Follow the steps below to download and install your Positive Grid software for Windows or Mac.
- Visit Positive Grid’s download page, and click the download button for your product. In the prompt that appears, select the download for your OS.
- Navigate to your Downloads folder, locate and launch the product installer and follow the on-screen installation instructions.
Activate with ToneCloud
Once installed, all that’s left to do is launch the software and login to the ToneCloud using your Positive Grid account. Follow the steps below to complete the activation process and start enjoying your new Positive Grid software!
- Launch the plug-in or standalone software.
- Click the Gear or Settings icon (top right of the window) and select Login to ToneCloud.
- Once prompted, enter your Positive account credentials.=

The estimated required monthly payment shown which excludes taxes and delivery equals the amount financed divided by the number of months in the promo period, rounded up to the next cent. During the last month(s) of the promo period the required monthly payment may be reduced due to this rounding. These payments apply only with the financing offer shown. If you make these payments by the due date each month, you should pay off this amount financed within the promo period, if it is the only balance you are paying off. If you have other balances on your account, this payment will be added to any other minimum monthly payments.
