Plugin Alliance Software Activation Instructions

This guide will show you how to activate and access your Plugin Alliance software. To continue, follow each of the sections below.

1. Plugin Alliance Account
An account is required to activate Plugin Alliance software. If you already have an account to register your new software with, please verify the login and sign in before proceeding. In some cases, users may wish to create another account to distinguish between multiple studios, computers, accounts, etc…
IMPORTANT! Do not create multiple accounts if you only need one. Instead, try accessing the account using your current login. If necessary, try resetting your password or recovering your account.
Sign in with an existing Plugin Alliance account
- Go to the Plugin Alliance website.
- Click the user icon, enter your current login, and click “Log in.”
- Verify your current products are registered to the current account.
Create a new Plugin Alliance account
- Go to the Plugin Alliance website.
- Click the user icon and then click “Sign up.”
- Complete the form and click “Create account.”
- Open your email and complete the email verification prompt.
- Sign in using your new login to verify your account.
2. Voucher Code
Sweetwater has emailed you a Voucher Code to redeem with Plugin Alliance. Use the Voucher Code to “purchase your product for free” from Plugin Alliance’s store.
Enter Voucher Code
- Sign in with your Plugin Alliance login.
- Add products to your cart:
- Subscriptions: Go to your Core or Pro Subscription page, select the Frequency, and then click “Add to cart“.
- Single Products: Go to the Plugin Alliance Products page and click “Add to cart” for your product.
- Retail Bundles: Click “Add to cart” for your retail bundle from the Redeem Voucher page.
- Click the shopping bag icon to view your cart and click “Check out”.
- Enter your Voucher Code into the Discount Code field and click “Apply”.
- Confirm that the total is adjusted to $0.00 and complete checkout.
3. Plugin Alliance Installation Manager
The Plugin Alliance Installation Manager app is required to download any software from Plugin Alliance.
Download and install Plugin Alliance Installation Manager
- Go to the Installation Manager page.
- Click the download button compatible with your computer.
- Open your Downloads folder and run the installer:
- PC: Double-click the .exe file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Mac: Double-click the .dmg file to open it. Drag and drop the app to the Applications folder.
4. Download & Installation
Plugin Alliance software is downloaded from the Plugin Alliance Installation Manager app. Open the app, select the compatible plugin format with your DAW software, and then select all the specific plugins to install.

- Open the Plugin Alliance Installation Manager app.
- Sign in with your Plugin Alliance login.
- Select the plug-in format compatible with your DAW software.
- Select the specific Plugin Alliance product(s) to download and install.
5. Activation
Open your software within a DAW to complete the activation process.

- Open your DAW software and apply your software to a track.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete online or offline activation methods.
